EvilWoman and her campy sidekick EvilGirl have come up with a plan to take over the world by using a new computer program to hack into the military computers to gain control of all nuclear weapons. Knowing that they must first take care of Wonder Woman, they plot a trap to capture her and render her useless. Wonder Woman receives a distress call and arrives at the secret lair to find EvilGirl waiting her arrival. WW uses her magic lasso on EvilGirl to compel the villainess to talk. EvilWoman walks in and confronts WW - showing her the remote control device which she's using to control the nukes. A defiant WW is ordered to remove her magic belt and bracelets. She is then chained to a frame where she is continuously taunted by EvilWoman. The chains are designed to drain her powers when EvilWoman flips a switch on the machine. Slowly WW starts to feel her strength leaving her and she falls unconscious. EvilWoman and EvilGirl start plotting which cities they are going to hit with the nuclear missiles. When EvilGirl realizes that EvilWoman has no plans on sparing her own family - she decides she must take matters into her own hands. She sneaks away from Evilwoman to where they are hiding WW. She realizes that she has to work with WW in order to stop the crazed maniac EvilWoman. Once WW is freed, she hunts down EvilWoman - has a minor altercation before gaining the upper hand. She wraps her magic lasso around EvilWoman forcing her to divulge the code for the computer before brainwashing the villainess into doing goodness for her country.
