The Sleeper has been laying low since his last adventure but is now ready to up the ante on the superheroines. He calls Wonder Woman to investigate a major art theft and has a big surprise for her when she arrives. He hypnotizes her with a special hypno-strobe ring. Once Wonder Woman is under his power - he lets her in on his secret - he plans on using her to capture and KO all of the superheroines. First up is Miss Americana. Wonder Woman calls Miss Americana and asks for her assistance with the art theft - when Miss Americana shows up - she's surprised from behind when Wonder Woman puts the sleeper hold on her. Miss Americana falls lifeless to the floor where vital pieces of her costume are snatched by WW. Next, WW alerts Supergirl to the theft and when Supergirl arrives to offer her assistance, WW pulls the hypno-strobe ring out and weakens Supergirl into a super-sleep - again rifling over her costume and stealing vital parts. Wonder Woman shows the Sleeper what she collected for him and he's pleased with her work - planning on keeping her under his spell for future adventures.
